Talented hero Ashwin Babu who has been making the right choices in selecting stories for his movies will next be teaming up with debut director M R Krishna for a film billed to be a medical thriller with a unique storyline.
With the blessings of Dhammalapati Krishna Rao, Mr. DSR, who produced successful films like Pilla Zamindar, Drona, and Mr Nookayya under the banner of Shree Shailendra Cinemas will be producing the movie.
Palak Lalwani is the leading lady, while Nassar, Kantara fame Achyut, RJ Hemanth, Sanja Janak and Madhavi will be seen in important roles. The film gets an interesting title- Vachina Vaadu Gowtham. The film has been launched today in a grand manner in Ramanaidu Studios in the presence of several bigwigs of the industry.
Producer Damodara Prasad, who attended the event as the chief guest, sounded the clapboard for the muhurtham shot on the hero and heroine, while producer Bellamkonda Suresh switched on the camera. Producer Anil Sunkara did the honorary direction. Producer Bekkem Venugopal, directors A.S. Ravi Kumar, V. Samudra, and actor Raja Ravindra graced the occasion, along with the film’s unit.
After the pooja ceremony, actor and producer DS Rao said, “Many producers are facing a lot of trouble in making films after Corona. But I am making a film, after taking a long break. We liked the medical thriller story narrated by director MR Krishna. As Suresh Babu said that movies will become successful only if the content is good, we are going ahead with this project after taking his blessings, after everyone in Suresh Film Distribution was convinced with the story. The director is going to present hero Ashwin Babu in a completely new avatar. Technicians who worked for big movies are working for this movie. This movie with a distinctive subject is titled ” Vachina Vaadu Gowtham “. We are planning to release the film in May with the support of all the actors and technicians, after completing the shooting in two schedules in Vizag and Hyderabad with the regular shoot to begin in January. Palak Lalwani is the heroine in this film. Also, Nasser is playing an important role. I am planning to make movies with good concepts. I will also be doing a film with a young hero soon. This movie with a good story will definitely impress everyone.”
Thota Ramesh and Giridhar are the executive producers, while Chandu and Venkat are the co-producers. Shyam K Naidu handles the cinematography, and Hari Goura is the music director. The script coordination is by Padma Nallanta. Nadella Krishna Chaitanya, Sreepadma Narahari, and Ravi Varma Rodda provided dialogues. Prawin Pudi is the editor, while Raghu Kulkarni is the art director and fights will be supervised by Ram-Lakshman duo.
