Leading pan-India production house Mythri Movie Makers has officially launched its fourth Tamil production, tentatively titled #MythriTamil04 (#DV4), with a traditional pooja ceremony held at the company’s Chennai office. The film marks Dhruv Vikram’s fourth outing as a lead actor and will be directed by debutant Karan Aravind Kumar.
The launch event was attended by the film’s cast and crew, along with several prominent filmmakers who extended their best wishes to the team. Directors Sasi, Shouryuv (Hi Nanna), Adhik Ravichandran, Antony Bhagyaraj, and Raja graced the occasion as special guests. Director Keerthiswaran ceremonially sounded the clapboard for the auspicious muhurtham shot, officially marking the commencement of the film.
Directed by Karan Aravind Kumar, #DV4 stars Dhruv Vikram in the lead, with Prithvi Pandiarajan and Sai Dheena playing pivotal roles. The story has been written by Saby and Karan Aravind Kumar.
The film boasts an accomplished technical team, with Viki handling cinematography, Jayasuriya serving as editor, and National Award-winning action choreographer Vikram Mor designing the action sequences. Costume design is by Praveen Raja, while GM Sekhar serves as the production designer.
Produced on a lavish scale by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar under the Mythri Movie Makers banner, the film is being mounted as a full-fledged commercial entertainer.
Following the blockbuster success of Bison, Dhruv Vikram will be seen in an all-new mass-oriented avatar in #DV4. Widely appreciated for taking on intense, performance-driven characters, the young actor is now set to entertain audiences with a larger-than-life commercial entertainer aimed at appealing to a broader audience.
The collaboration has already generated considerable excitement, especially after Mythri Movie Makers’ recent blockbuster successes with Good Bad Ugly, starring Ajith Kumar, and Dude, starring Pradeep Ranganathan. With the production house joining hands with Dhruv Vikram for this ambitious project, expectations surrounding the film have risen significantly.
