Produced by Mali & Manvi Movie Makers – D Studios – Denvi Production – and co-produced by producer Prabha Premkumar and directed by leading director Vijay, the pre-release ceremony of the film ‘Kaadhal Reset Repeat’, which will be released in theaters worldwide from March 6th, was held in Chennai.
Directed by Director Vijay, ‘Kaadhal Reset Repeat’ stars Madhumkesh, Jiya Shankar, Arjun Ashokan, M. S. Bhaskar, Jayaprakash, Viji Chandrasekhar and others. The cinematography of the film is by Arvind Krishna and Harris Jayaraj has composed the music. Saravanan Vasanth has taken charge of the art direction while Antony has supervised the editing work. Manohar Varma has worked as the stuntman and Ruchi Vinoth has worked as the costume designer. Romeo Pictures is releasing the film across Tamil Nadu.
Director Bala, along with the team of Kadhal Reset Repeat, attended the event as a special guest to celebrate the 25th anniversary of music composer Harris Jayaraj.
Speaking at the event, actor Arjun Asokan said,
”This is my first Tamil film. I thank director Vijay for giving me a good character in this film. My co-star Madhumkesh helped me with my Tamil accent on the set. Thank you. Thank you to my co-stars. I am very grateful for such an introduction in Tamil. This character has interesting twists and turns. I think I have done it as well as I could. Actor M. S. Bhaskar said,

We have gone to Scotland for shooting. Jiah Shankar did not get a visa. The entire film crew has gone there. Not just Jiah. Should I choose someone else and cast him? I also felt the urge. Jiah Shankar – What I felt when introducing Amy Jackson in the film Madrasapattinam.. I felt the same way when introducing Jiah Shankar. When I was shooting the first scene with him, I told him that you will work in Tamil cinema for a long time. Now I will tell you. She will work in Indian cinema and reach a good place. Jiah – A Marathi woman is a hard worker. I shot a song scene in this film in a single shot. She trained for six to seven days to act in that scene.
VJ Chandrasekhar- You are not a ‘cameo’ in this film. It is a good character. Watch the film.
MS Bhaskar – The character of MS Bhaskar is as important as the hero and Arjun Asokan in this story. Bhaskar is not a part of my family.. He is the pride of Indian cinema. He worked for 40 days for this film, I thank him for that.
The story of this film was written by me along with R. Mahadev, the assistant of director Rajamouli. He is the one who wrote the screenplay. After writing the entire screenplay of this film, this story is a musical story. It cannot be made without Harris Jayaraj. So, first I told the producer that it would be better if Harris sir composed the music. I am his biggest fan. We consider it a great privilege to work with him. Working with him is a great lesson.
He sees each song as a film. He took a month for each song in this film. He works 12 hours a day in a month. He decides everything himself. He is also a big pillar for this film. He has worked for many months for the background music of the film and has carved out each scene with attention.
When we start writing about the work of every film, we cannot write that it is a super hit but what makes us believe it is the moments during the work of the film. We have all made these moments happy and honest. I hope people will give the benefit of this. We are proud that we have also traveled with Harris Jayaraj in his 25th year. I thank him for this.

” When Director Vijay told me the story of this film.. I didn’t listen to the story. I was just watching him. His films spoke about him. I told him that I would never forget the joke in the film ‘Theiva Thirumagal’ released by him. After that, I signed the contract and told him to start working on the film.
I saw him on the set in Scotland. I have produced four films so far. The experience he had on the set was different from the experience he had on the set of that film. He was shooting scenes quickly.
A fisherman saw this film in the morning. He said after watching it, it was like watching an English film. Director Vijay is truly a legend.
When Director Bala’s film ‘Sethu’ was released, I saw it at the Odeon Mani Theatre in North Chennai. Who is this director? I was surprised. I cried for half an hour after watching that film.
