Raghava Lawrence goes abroad to work to pay off his father’s debt. When his mother in Chennai comes to know that his health is unwell, wife Priya Bhavani sends Shankar to Chennai. But while there is no information from his wife who has gone to Chennai, only information is received from his friend that his mother is dead. Immediately returning to Chennai, Lawrence comes to know the shocking truth while searching for his wife after completing his mother’s funeral. what is that? What happened to the mysterious Priya Bhavani Shankar? Who is behind this? Why do they do this? The rest of the story of the film ‘Rudran’ is told with more spice than usual.
As usual, Raghava Lawrence has played an overdose in all areas like acting, action and mischievous acting. Although the game and action are enjoyable, the mischievous acting is unbearable at some places.
Priya Bhavani Shankar, who plays the heroine, has played a strong role very naturally. Although there is little work for him in the first half, his role in the second half sticks in people’s minds.
Sarathkumar, who plays the villain, has done justice to his role.
Nasser, who plays Lawrence’s father, and Poornima, who plays Lawrence’s mother, add strength to the film with their experienced performances.
Kali Venkat, Redin Kingsley, Illasaru, Jayaprakash, Abhishek Vinod and others have done their job flawlessly.
In the cinematography of RD Rajasekhar, not only the scenes but also Raghava Lawrence shines more than usual.
Music composed by GV Prakash Kumar, the songs are perfect for Lawrence to dance to. Sam CS’s background music is louder than usual.
Producer Kathiresan has designed and directed the visuals for the screenplay and screenplay written by KP Thirumaran focusing on crime in the society.
Rudran” directed by Kathiresan is a great example of the fact that producers only look at business. At the same time, ‘Rudran’ has become an example of how even a good plot can be ruined if a film is directed purely on business.
While it is true that full-featured commercial films can easily reach the masses, the imposition of such excessive commercial features is an attempt to fool the same people.
Although the main theme of the film is welcome, the film’s biggest weakness is that it is so spicy that it does not stick in the minds of the viewers.
All in all, this ‘Rudran’ has made the fans furious.
