Radhika and the family keep having some mishaps. A preacher says that the reason for this is not worshiping the family deity. Accordingly, Radhika and the family go to Vediyapuram to worship the family deity. Radhika’s estranged daughter’s children and their guardian Raghava Lawrence accompany them to Vediyapuram. Their ancestral temple is in a dilapidated state without maintenance. A preacher warns that workers engaged in cleaning the temple will die and Chandramukhi will not allow light to come into the temple, and if you try to disobey, it will be death. Raghava Lawrence comes forward to help Radhika’s family, who thinks that only if they do pooja at the ancestral temple, the problems in the family will be solved. Raghava Lawrence sets out to clean the temple alone, and then everything unfolds, so the story revolves around the problems faced by Radhika’s family and how Raghava Lawrence saves them from them.

Raghava Lawrence had said that it was very difficult for him not to look like Rajini. But it is seen in many scenes that he is struggling to act. His performance throughout the first half leaves the audience in awe. Although he is somewhat comforting as a hunter in the second half, his performance in the name of comedy is unbearable.

Kangana Ranaut, who plays the role of Chandramukhi, has done both acting and dancing well. If the acting is like this, the heroine named Chandramukhi has nothing to do with the character.

Lakshmi Menon, who had entered the field after a long break, was made to sit in a wheelchair and knew that they were going to start the game with him. Even so, he was not used properly. Likewise, the make-up applied to him in the climax scene is terrible.

Vadivelu’s scenes are laughable. Even more so, the scenes where he talks to Vedatiyan and Chandramukhi are heartbreaking laughs.

Radhika, Makhima Nambiar, Shruti Tange, Subiksha, Suresh Menon, Ravi Maria, Vignesh have many actors in the film, but they are not given much importance in the film.

The cinematographer RD Rajasekhar, who has shot the scenes in a grand manner, has colorfully displayed the entire film and kept it enjoyable.

MM Keeravani’s music and all the songs are sweet. The background music goes along with the story.

Director B. Vasu, who has directed the same story and changed only the characters, not only as a continuation of the first part, but also copied the scenes, gives the film a break.

Despite the flaws in the film, it is comforting that the scenes are handled in such a way that it can be watched as a family. Vadivelu’s comedy, redneck becoming a hunter, songs etc make the film enjoyable. If you want two and a half hours of fun with your family without watching Logic, ‘Chandramukhi 2’ is the perfect movie for you.
