Tamil fans are unique” ‘Banaras’ film director moved Banaras’ single track release, Newcomer Zayed Khan’s ‘Banaras’ to be released as pan-Indian film
After the success of ‘KGF’, newbie actor Zayed Khan, who is making his debut in the Kannada film industry, has released a single track from the film ‘Banaras’. This was done by veteran producer of Tamil film industry and actor Vishal’s father G. K. Reddy published.
The new movie ‘Banaras’ is being prepared under the direction of Jaya Teertha, the leading director of Kannada film industry. Newcomer Zayed Khan plays the lead role in this film, paired with actress Sonal Montorio. Veteran Kannada actor Devaraj, Achuthkumar, Sujay Shastri, Barakat Ali and others have acted along with them.
Cinematography is by Advaita Gurumurthy and music is composed by Ajaneesh Loknath.The romance film is being produced by producer Tilakraj Ballal on behalf of NK Productions at a huge cost.
Banaras is released not only in Kannada but also in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. In this situation, the first song release ceremony of the Kannada film ‘Kurangu Pommai’, which starts with ‘Maya Ganga ..’, was held in Chennai.
In this ceremony, the producer of ‘Banaras’ Tilakraj Pallal, director Jaya Theertha, actor Sujay Shastri, hero Zayed Khan, heroine Sonal Montorio, along with veteran producer of Tamil film industry and father of actor Vishal G.K. Reddy was the special guest.Speaking at the event, director Jaya Theertha said, “Before Banaras, I have directed seven films in Kannada. Actor Krishna is acting in the film ‘Bellbottom’ released under my direction in Tamil under the direction of director Satyasiva. I am not working as an assistant to anyone. I started my journey as a street theater artist and directed films. I have created a love story in Banaras with Kasi as the backdrop.
Love in this film is not about looking at beauty. I have set the screenplay with the storyline of the mysterious coin that makes love happen from the heart and soul. There is an interest in the background as well. There is no language barrier for film works. The first film directed by me won the award in the presence of Tamil fans.
Tamil fans are unique in finding and promoting the best talent in that category. I am proud of this. I consider it a privilege to release the film ‘Banaras’ in Tamil and I ask for your support. I have introduced newcomers in five of the seven films ready in my direction. I have also introduced actor Jaeed Khan as the protagonist in the film ‘Banaras’.
The songs featured in this film are written by lyricist Palani Bharti in Tamil. He has also written the song ‘Maya Ganga..’ which is released today. Kamarasan has written the dialogues for the Tamil version of this movie ‘Banaras’. The producer of the film and my father are childhood friends. It was producer Thilakraj who pacified my parents who protested when I decided to become an actor and sent me to an acting training college.
There I learned acting, dancing and fighting scenes. I was pleasantly surprised that the first film to be released on Pan India level. But the story of the film ‘Banaras’ is suitable for Indian fans. The crew all felt responsible and worked hard. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the producer and crew for this.
In an environment where corpses are burning in Kashi, acting in love scenes with the heroine was a challenge. Kasi is a city full of mysteries and mysteries.
