Vijay Antony’s upcoming film Kaali was caught in a legal tangle after a petition was filed by one Alexander who asked the Court to issue a stay order on the film’s release as he had dues to be settled.
However the Court vacated the interim stay giving the green signal for the film.
Following this, Vijay Antony has announced that the movie will be released on 18 May. The first look poster of the movie directed by Krithika Udhayanidhi was released during September last year.
Recently the team released the trailer of the movie. The trailer gives us an idea that Vijay Antony is in search of his biological mother and his past.
Vijay Antony is also shown in different shades in the movie and probably he plays triple roles. The star cast also includes Anjali, Sunaina, shilpa and Amritha. The movie is produced by Vijay Antony’s home banner Vijay Antony Film Corporation.
