A consummate cinematographer, Gnana Shekar V.S. has yet another talent of engaging the viewers with his graphic art. Well known in the cinema world for his ability to treat the screen as an artist’s canvas, Gnana has translated his emotions into an art form on real canvas. With his candid exploration of universal emotions, Gnana has dealt with the lack of time in today’s day and age and how it impacts even the animal world, in this series.
A graduate in Fine Arts, he has pursued art from the age of 10. His first artwork of a tree left his mother quite impressed. Even though he moved onto the world of cinema after his course in Film making from Kolkata, his first love always haunted him and he returned to pay attention to it. This is the first solo show of the new age artist, who is all set to make an indelible mark in the world of art.
The show is inaugurated by Nithya Menen on 18th April and attended by the Art Lovers in the city.
