This film revolves around Puttaparthi Sai Baba and how he transformed the lives of many. The story begins at the Puttaparthi hospital, where the chief officer calls together people from different walks of life and tells them that Sai Baba has asked them to visit the ashram one last time. Five devotees – Vardhan Rao (Jagapathi Babu) from Mumbai, Mahadevan (Y.G. Mahendran) from Kerala, dancer Meenakshi (Abhirami Venkatachalam) from Chennai, Annapoorna (Suhasini) from Kashi, and Thalaivasal Vijay from Kolkata – begin to narrate their experiences of the miracles performed by Sathya Sai Baba in their lives, the changes that occurred in their lives due to his blessings, and how they became devotees of Sathya Sai. How did they become devotees of Sathya Sai? What turning points did Sathya Sai’s glories bring to their lives? You can find out by watching the film Anantha, which showcases the glories of Sai Baba. In particular, the chapter featuring Y.G. Mahendran as Mahadevan stands out as the best. He delivers a powerful and emotionally resonant performance.

The 5 stories, about a dancer who rises again, a man who finds grace in loss, a mother who witnesses a miracle, a foreigner who finds faith in the tranquility of nature, and a businessman saved by unseen grace, ultimately converge. Suresh Krishna, avoiding conventional storytelling styles, has delivered a good film that speaks of faith in God, focusing on philosophy, belief, devotion, and spiritual awakening, through the wonderful experiences of five devotees’ lives, with emotionally well-crafted scenes.
For viewers unfamiliar with Puttaparthi, the film, which depicts how Sathya Sai Baba’s devotees discover divine power through suffering, and includes some real footage of Sathya Sai illustrating the philosophy of ‘Love All, Serve All’, offers a devotional experience.
