The main reason for all the problems that occur in a middle-class family is lack of money. If there is money, all the problems of a middle-class family can be solved. The couple Munishkanth and Vijayalakshmi, who are stuck in such a middle-class family life, get a chance to get out of their financial problems. But, Munishkanth loses that chance due to his greed. This increases the problems in the family. Did Munishkanth succeed in his efforts to get back the lost opportunity? Or not? ‘Middle Class’ is a story about the personal life of a family and a part of society.
Munishkanth, who has played comedy and character roles, has done 100 percent justice to the character he has accepted, even though he has played the hero of the story, without making any new efforts for it, and has given his usual performance.
Vijayalakshmi, who plays the heroine of the story and Munishkanth’s wife, has acted well in reflecting the mentality of middle-class women, but in some places she acts a little too much and deviates from reality.
All the characters, including Kali Venkat, Radha Ravi, Qureshi, Malavika Avinash, Kodangi Vadivelu, Vela Ramamoorthy, and the actor who plays the Marwadi boss, have become people who value morality and humanity and have made a place in the minds of the audience.
The songs, composed by composer Pranav Muniraj, are designed to describe the storyline. The background music has traveled to bring the scenes to life.
Cinematographer Sudarshan Srinivasan’s camera presents the life of a middle-class family without any distortion.
Although it is a family drama-style story, editor Shaan Lokesh, who has edited the scenes in a way that moves it along excitingly, keeps the audience on the edge of their seats at some points, asking what will happen next.
Written and directed by Kishore Muthuramalingam, he has spoken about communism using middle-class family life. He has emphatically recorded the idea that those who have more than they need, share it with others and live a fulfilling life, through many symbols, and has made it understandable to all parties in a simple way.
Despite the simple story and predictable screenplay, director Kishore Muthuramalingam has told it in a somewhat interesting way in the language of the screen, and has designed characters and scenes that emphasize morality and humanity, and has sown positive thoughts in the audience.
The mentality of middle-class families is that they are more concerned about keeping an ordinary object safe or putting it in its proper place. For people with such a mentality, if they get a magic item that can change their lives, it is customary to protect it more than their own eyes. However, the story itself deviates from that practice.
