Aatti’ Release Postponed to June 12

*Aatti*, produced under **Lakshmi Creations** by **Isakki Karvannan**, has been rescheduled for release on **June 12**. Isakki Karvannan also plays the lead role in the film, portraying a police officer. **Abi Natchathira**, known for *Ayali*, stars as the female lead, while Kadhal Sukumar, Soundar, Praveen Palanichamy, and several others appear in important roles.

The film is centered on the idea that women are the foremost pillars of a community. It explores how women in ancient Tamil history fought for and secured their rights, the various challenges they faced during that struggle, and the ways they dealt with issues such as sexual harassment.

Although the film was originally scheduled to release on **June 5**, unavoidable circumstances have led to its postponement, and it will now hit theaters on **June 12**.

At present, **Suriya’s *Karuppu*** and **Arjun’s *BLAST*** are receiving a strong response and are running successfully in a large number of theaters.

Believing that *Aatti* has turned out to be an exceptional film, producer and lead actor **Isakki Karvannan** is determined to ensure that it releases in at least **100 theaters**.

As a result, discussions were held with **Suresh Kamatchi**, founder of **V House Productions**, which holds the film’s distribution rights. Following consultations with distributors, all parties agreed that giving *Aatti* a wider theatrical release after allowing sufficient time would be a fitting recognition of the film’s quality.
