Hero Joju George is crawling with a huge empire in Thrissur, Kerala. In an environment where nothing happens without his knowledge, two young men involved in crime interfere in his life. Joju George suffers an unimaginable loss through them. So to avenge them, his entire empire comes to the fore, and the youths retaliate in an unexpected way. The ‘Mission’ is about how Joju George goes out to defeat their retaliation and inflict unimaginable punishment in his own style.
As usual, Joju George is rocking and mixing in his favorite khaki shirt. He has expressed his feelings elegantly without speaking much like he is worried about his wife’s condition and the next time he expresses his anger towards those who are responsible for it in his eyes.
Abhinaya, who plays the wife of Joju George, attracts attention both for her beauty and acting.
Both Sagar Surya and Junays V.P., the young men who play the villains, are menacing.
Seema, Prashant Alexander, Sujith Shankar, Bobby Kurian, Ranjith Velayutham, Chandini Sreedharan, Abaya Hiranmayi, Sona Maria Abraham, Lanka Lakshmi, Brito Davis, Jayasankar, Ashrap Mallisery, Dr. Merlot Ann Thomas are all suitable choices for the characters.
Venu and Jinto George’s cinematography has shot the scenes magnificently and has beautifully brought out the emotions of the characters and their qualities through their looks.
The music by Vishnu Vijay and SamCS has the songs and background music moving along with the story. Especially the background music has given the screenplay an extra vibrancy.
Manu Antony’s cinematography and Ajayan Adat’s sound design both add strength to the film.
Although it is an action commercial story, Joju George has scripted and directed it with interest and anticipation. Even though he is the hero, the screenplay keeps the film interesting by making many characters travel, will the two youths fall for the hero? Keeps the audience on the edge of their seats with anticipation.
Although we have seen such youth frenzy in ‘Naan Mahaan Alla’, Joju George has given it a different form and has succeeded as a director by telling it vividly and emotionally.
