Versatile star Suriya joined forces with the very talented filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj for a gangster drama being produced by Suriya and Jyothika on the 2D Entertainment banner. Wishing Suriya on his birthday, a special glimpse was launched.
The glimpse begins with the words, “Somewhere in the sea…” Then, the den of the protagonist named Royal Estate is shown where the gang members wait for his arrival outside. “A love, a laughter, a war, awaits for you, the one!” reads the text.
Sporting a French beard, Suriya comes out of the den in style in a rugged avatar. With a cigarette in his hand and a gun pointed at someone, Suriya promises an intense and mass-action entertainer in the theatres.
Suriya looks badass and his strong screen presence as a gangster guarantees a thrilling ride. Shreyaas Krishna’s cinematography and Santhosh Narayanan’s background score complement each other. Mohammed Shafique Ali is the editor.
The film is co-produced by Rajsekhar Karpoorasundarapandian and Karthikeyan Santhanam of Stone Bench Films.
