Laal Salaam is directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, the elder daughter of actor Rajinikanth, and produced by Subhaskaran under Lyca Productions. Rajinikanth is making a special appearance in the film and Vishnu Vishal and Vikrant are playing the lead characters. Vignesh, Livingston, Senthil, Jeevita, Nirosha, KS Ravikumar, Thambi Ramaiah, Vivek Prasanna, Thangadurai and others have acted with them. Also, former Indian cricket team captain Kapil Dev makes a special appearance.
Vishnu Rangaswamy has done the cinematography for the film, which has music composed by AR Rahman. B. Pravin Bhaskar has done the editing.
The press meet of the film ‘Lal Salaam’ which will be released in theaters worldwide on February 9 was held yesterday in Chennai under the chairmanship of Lyca Productions Chairman GKM Tamilkumaran.
