The hero Satish gets a strange object. He unknowingly plucks one of its feathers. After that, whenever he sleeps, he enters a dreamland. He is haunted by ghosts in the dilapidated bungalow there. Although it is a dream, what happens there happens in reality, and if life goes there, life also goes in reality. At the same time, not only him, but his mother, father and dependents are also trapped there by that feather. What is the background of that magic feather? Did the people trapped in it recover? ‘Conjuring Kannappan’ is a joke.
Sathish has chosen the story that suits him and has played the hero, and has tried to make people laugh and act in a compelling manner. Although it is taken in some places, it gets out of hand in many places and irritates the fans.
Actress Regina Kessandra plays the ghost driver. He has done his job very well.
Nasser, who plays the exorcist in the role of Exorcist Yehumalai, has come a long way for the film with his seasoned performance.
Saranya Ponvannan, who plays Sathish’s mother, overacts in several places to make her laugh.
Though there are many comedy stars in the film like VTV Ganesh, Namo Narayana, Aditya Kathir, Anandraj and Redin Kingsley are the only ones who make people laugh.
Cinematographer S. Yua has shot the real world and the dream world very elegantly and has maintained a lot for the quality of the film. It is visible throughout the film and is an extra special feature of the film.
The songs in Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music are not inferior. The background music separates the comedy and haunting scenes and makes it enjoyable.
Director Selvin Raj Xavier, who has written and directed the story with the sole aim of making people laugh, has tried to bring together the real world, the dream world and the ghost to stage a lively drama. Although his efforts have succeeded in some places, they have failed in most places.
