#KH234 marks the reunion of Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and legendary director Mani Ratnam after 36 years, after their cult action drama Nayagan. The movie was launched recently in a majestic manner. A day before Kamal Haasan celebrates his birthday, the makers offered a visual feast by unveiling the title glimpse.
#KH234 is titled mighty impressively as Thug Life, and the glimpse presented Kamal Haasan in an action-packed avatar. Ulaganayagan is at his usual best in a never-before get-up, whereas the action block is stupendous with visuals on par with global standards.
“As early as I was born, they decided my fate: Nayakkar is a criminal,” he says, as a group of henchmen cloaked in black attack him, as he counters them. “This is not the first time, time has come for me. Nor is it the last time,” he says, devastating the villains.
The movie is turning much bigger with the announcement of the cast and technical crew to be part of it. Trisha Krishnan, Jayam Ravi, and Dulquer Salmaan who previously associated with the director are cast for pivotal roles in this magnum opus.
Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R Mahendran, and Siva Ananth will be producing the movie under their banners Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies. Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies presents the film.
The magical combination of two legends Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam will have music by AR Rahman, cinematography by Ravi K Chandran, editing by Sreekar Prasad, production design by Sharmishta Roy, and stunts by Anbariv.
