Ripupbury Movie Review

Master Mahendran from Coimbatore falls in love with a faceless girl. Master Mahendran, who is trying to find his beloved, learns that his beloved is in a town where many men in love are constantly being murdered. The story of Mahendran, who decides to face anything for love, goes to that town, what happened to him?, who is doing those murders? and why?

Master Mahendran, who plays the lead role, impresses with a youthful and vibrant performance that suits the character. Playing pranks with his friends, getting caught up in the events behind the brutal murders, and eventually getting involved in an unrelated matter and getting into danger, he is amazing in his acting mixed with comedy throughout the film. Both Aarti Podi and Kavya Udummani, who are playing the heroines, have played the characters who travel along with the story.

Srini, who plays the important role, is menacing in a different role. His romantic scenes in the flashback scene are delightful.

The comedy sequences of Noble James and Marie who play the hero’s friends are laughable. Both of them throughout the film make us laugh out loud in many scenes.

Cinematographer Thalapathy Rathanam creates a cool feast for the eyes by shooting scenes in natural locations. All the locations featured in the film are heartwarming and strong for the film.

Music composer Divagara Thiagarajan’s music is all the songs are catchy. The background music travels along with the story.

N. Arun Karthik, who has written and directed the story, has directed the conventional horror story mixed with comedy in a commercial style.

Even though the film is full of things we have already seen like the introduction song to Nayagan and the banter between Nayagan and their friends and the comedies around it, the ghost presented in the film and the way it is framed is fresh and enjoyable.

Although it is a typical commercial and comedy horror film, the director Na.Arun Karthik, who has taken the concept of caste division in his hands, has handled it in a reasonable manner. Specifically, what exactly is dramatic romance? The way it is said is commendable.

All in all, the film is enjoyable even though the title ‘Ripperberry’ is incomprehensible.
