‘Super Good Films’ RB Choudhry, who entered the production field with ‘Puthu Vasantham’ (1990) later went on to produced many hit films in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada & Hindi, introducing many leading actors, actresses, directors and technicians.
The company is now bankrolling their 90th film in a huge way.
While Jiiva and Arulnithi are playing Protagonists, Manjima Mohan & Priya Bhavani Shankar are playing the female leads. Radha Ravi plays an interesting character called Karaikudi Chettiar “Appachi” with Robo Shankar and Bala Saravanan in comical roles. Ilavarasu, ‘Aadukalam’ Naren, Marimuthu, Vela Ramamoorthy, Renuka, Sri Ranjani, ‘Boologam’ Rajesh and Benito play supporting roles. Alongside them ‘Pisasu’ fame Prayaga Martin appears in cameo.
Director N. Rajasekar’s ‘Kalathil Santhipom’ is a commercial film centered on friendship between two friends. It is a complete Entertainer with all the elements of friendship, love, humour and action.
The film has been shot in places like Chennai, Tenkasi and Karaikudi.
