Rumours were rife that Raju Mahalingam has been sacked from the post of secretary of Rajini Makkal Mandram.
It is said the fans were asked not to have any trucks with him. Though this news has shocked several fans, it has been denied by Sudhakar, one of the senior members of Rajini Makkal Mandram.
Rajini recently returned to Chennai after completing the first schedule of Karthik Subbaraj’s movie. Sources said he has taken measures to speed up works for launching his party.
Meanwhile it was announced that 2.0 will be released on 29 November. Audio launch of the movie happened at a grand function in Dubai and the songs are chartbusters.
Directed by Shankar, the movie is sequel to Enthiran which was released in 2.0. The star cast also includes Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar. Music is by AR Rahman.
