Only very few directors are blessed with a strong sense of music that reflects in their movie’s songs and background scores. Vijay is one director who belongs to this rare breed. Right from his first movie all his movies have had fantastic songs and that raised the bar for his upcoming movie ‘Lycavin Karu’ starring Naga Shourya , Sai Pallavi, marking her debut in Tamil. ‘Lycavin Karu’ makes the first time coming together of music director Sam CS and director Vijay. The audio was released recently and the response for the songs has been outstanding.
Speaking about this director Vijay says, “Sam is probably the best find in the last couple of years. His script sense and situation sense is absolutely fabulous. The tunes that he gave for ‘Lycavin Karu’ will remain some of the best song ever in my movies. I am not surprised by the appreciation and the tremendous reach ‘Lycavin Karu’ songs are getting. I can guarantee that the movie will be as soulful and beautiful like the songs “.
