Sathya Movie Review

Sibiraj who is working abroad, one day gets a call from his ex-girl friend Remya Nambeesan who seeks his help to find her missing daughter.

Following this, he travels back to India and tries to help her. In his attempts, instead of getting close to finding the missing daughter, Sibiraj encounters more questions.

For, everyone except his former girlfriend believes that she doesn’t have a daughter. But Remya is sure that she has a daughter and that she has gone missing.

Was he able to find answer to these questions and what happened to the missing girl forms the rest of the story?

The makers have tried to exactly replicate the Telugu movie Kshanam and have managed to succeed in delivering it.

Sibiraj despite his flaws to emote in a few scenes looks convincing in the role. Be it the portions in the flashback or during the search for the missing girl, he has delivered what the character required.

Remya Nambeesan has acted as the mother of a missing child and has done justice to the role. Varalakshmi Sarathkumar has got a bold role in the movie and has proved her mettle in the character.

Yogi Babu and Anandraj evoke laughter with their one liners without deviating from the film.

Director Pradeep Krishnamoorthi has did his best by recreating the magic from the original and kept the audience guessing till the climax.

Simon K King’s music has added to the mystery in the movie and keeps the audience’s heart beat ticking in anticipation. Sathya is easily the best movie of Sibiraj’s career so far.
