The shooting of the remake of Malayalam flick Bhaskar the Rascal commenced in April this year in Cochin.
The movie has Arvind Swami and Amala Paul in the lead and has been titled as Baskar Oru Rascal.
Th trailer of the movie has been released by the makers and has been received well by the audience. The trailer shows the relationship between a father and son. It is filled with a few action sequences and a conversation between two kids.
Actor Meena’s daughter who played Vijay’s daughter in Theri is also a part of the cast. The flick is directed by Siddique and has music by Amrish.
It may be noted that Mammootty and Nayanthara played the lead roles in the Malayalam flick.
