Thambi Ramaiah who made his entry into the K’Town as a writer later went to direct a few flicks including ‘Indralogathil Na Azhagappan’ which had Vadivelu playing the lead role.
His role in Mynaa got him accolades following which he concentrated only in acting.
Now he is once again wielding the megaphone and is directing his son Umapathy in the film titled Ulagam Vilaiku Varudhu. Shooting of the film began recently.
The flick is bankrolled by Thenmozhi Sungra and will have Malayalam actess Mridhula Murali as the female lead.
Music for the movie is by Dinesh and cinematography by P K Varma.
The star cast also includes Samuthirakani, Vivek Prasanna, Radha Ravi, Singam Pulai and Mottai Rajendran
