Recently, on his birthday, the actor announced that he will be launching an app to connect with people.
He also raised his voice against the alleged attack of Tamil fishermen by the Coast Guard.
Now the ‘Ulaganayagan’ has donated Rs 20 lakh for setting up Tamil chair at Harvard University.
The amount was received by Tamil orator and actor Gnanasambandam along with others. It may be noted that earlier A R Rahman, Suriya, G V Prakash Kumar and Vishal have also contributed for the cause.
