The shooting of the remake of Malayalam flick Bhaskar The Rascal commenced in April this year in Cochin.
The movie has Arvind Swami and Amala Paul in the lead and has been titled as Baskar Oru Rascal.
The teaser of the film was released recently and was packed with action. Arvind Swamy occupies the entire screen space and the teaser looks colourful.
Actor Meena’s daughter who played Vijay’s daughter in Theri will also be a part of the cast.
The flick is directed by Siddique and has music by Amrish. It may be noted that Mammotty and Nayanthara played the lead roles in the Malayalam flick.
