Hero Arvind Swamy starrer Vanangamudi is getting through the fastest phase of its shooting now. Recently, the entire team completed wrapping up a schedule in Tuticorin, which had a grand song shot in harbour. Director Selva says that a huge set was erected in Tuticorin harbour to shoot the song choreographed by Sridhar alongside many junior artists.

The second schedule of Vanangamudi will be commencing from second week of November in Kodaikanal, where important portions including an edge-seated chasing sequence and a song would be filmed. Following this shoot in Kodaikanal, a 5-day schedule by first week of December in Chennai will wrap up the entire shoot.
The announcement regarding the first look, teaser, audio and trailer followed by worldwide theatrical release will be sooner.
