Director Balaji Tharanitharan’s upcoming flick Oru Pakka Kathai has been cleared with a clean ‘U’ certificate.
The movie which was ready to release a few months back was delayed as the Censor board had earlier reportedly denied certification as it carried the word intercourse.
The board had asked the makers to mute the word or remove it from the movie.
Last month there was change in the Censor board and Prasoon Joshi replaced Pahlaj Nihalani.
Now the movie has been censored cleared with a U certificate.
The movie has Kalidas Jayaram and Mega Akash playing the lead roles. It may be noted that this is the second flick of Balaji Tharanitharan after Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanoam.
