The release of Dhanush’s upcoming flick VIP-2, which was postponed recently, has now got a new date.
The movie which was originally slated to be released on 28 July was pushed further for reasons best known to the makers.
Now sources reveal that the flick will be hitting the silver screens on 25 August.
The movie is bankrolled by V Creations of Kalaipuli S Thanu.
The flick which is a sequel to VIP has Dhanush playing the lead role, while Bollywood actress Kajol plays a pivotal role.
Music for the movie is by Sean Roldan and the star cast also includes Amala Paul, Samuthirakani, Saranya Ponvannan and Vivek.
