Jeevitha Rajasekhar Press Release says ‘I believe that you are aware of it Dr Rajasekhar, movie actor, got hurts in ‘mahankali’ (telugu, tamil movie)shooting in chennai few days back and he was immeadiatly rushed to apollo hospital for a treatment. Now he is shifted to home in chennai on wednesday and taking care under doctor suggetions.His left knee was fractured and got operated at necessary level. There are some injuries on his right hand wrist which is suspected to need a surgery , if really it demands, the action will be done in hyderabad very soon. Some injuries also took place on his face. In couple of days Rajasekhar may moov from chennai to hyd. It was said that he requires 4 to 5 weeks complete rest to meet previous status as per doctors note.‘
