Produced by Power House Pictures and directed by debut filmmaker Harish Durairaj, the film features Arjun Das, Anna Ben, Yogi Babu, and Vadivukkarasi in prominent roles. Right from the announcement, the film’s unique storyline grabbed the attention of audiences, and the teaser further amplified expectations.
Notably, the first single “Ra Ra Rangaiya” went viral on social media soon after its release. Following that, the second single “Naan Thaan Kingu” also received a warm response from fans. Composed by Sean Roldan, the songs impressed listeners with their unique style and energetic presentation.
“Kaan City” is a gripping commercial entertainer centered around a middle-class family. Set against a fresh and engaging backdrop, the film explores the struggles of a middle-class family trapped in debt in urban life, blending family emotions, humor, and thrilling moments into a complete family entertainer.
The movie has been shot across locations including Mangaluru, Chennai, and Mumbai. It is also noteworthy that Netflix has acquired the digital streaming rights of the film.
