Alongside Arniga, popular Instagram personalities Coimbatore Mapla and K.N. Smiley, popularly known as Karthikeyan, play prominent roles. Film producer Sivakumar has also taken on an important role in the movie.
The film explores how people belonging to three different generations approach love. It portrays the changing dimensions of love and how relationships evolve with time.
Vedhai P. Mahesh has handled the cinematography, while Vaikund Srinivasan has composed the music. Aravind is in charge of editing, and Prasanna Kumar serves as the executive producer.
Produced by Sivakumar under the banner of Monkey Minds Entertainment, the motion poster launch event of Love 3.O was held today at Prasad Lab in Chennai. Directors R.V. Udayakumar and Perarasu, actress Vanitha Vijayakumar, actor Cool Suresh and several other prominent personalities from the film industry attended the event as special guests.
Director and Lead Actress Arniga Speaks About the Film
Speaking about the film, its lead actress and director Arniga said:
“First of all, I would like to thank everyone in the film crew who worked on this project and extended their cooperation in various ways. We have come from the world of Instagram into the film industry.
We have created a story using Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is currently so popular, and made this film around that concept. Since AI is a major element of the film’s content, we have not screened any scenes today. Instead, we have prepared a motion poster and organised this event.
In the olden days, we used to gather information through the stories and experiences shared by our grandparents. Later, we learned things from our neighbours and friends. After that came television, radio, FM channels and programmes like Oliyum Oliyum, through which we gained information.
Then came YouTube, which helped us learn many new things. After Instagram arrived, people began discovering everything happening around them, in neighbouring streets and even across the world.
Then came ChatGPT. After that, we started turning to it to understand almost every aspect of our lives. The moment we began sharing our emotions and feelings with ChatGPT, we started developing an emotional attachment to AI. Today, AI has become extremely popular.
In this film, the hero falls in love with an AI woman. What happens to their relationship? Does he marry her, or do they eventually separate? That is the central story of the film.
We have not seen a film like this before. We have explored how love existed in the 1990s and how people of that generation approached relationships. We have also shown how the 2K generation, those who experienced love in the 2000s, approached it. The film also explores how love might exist in the future and how people will deal with it.
Everyone knows the love story of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. They are considered the ultimate example of love.
After witnessing all the love-related problems taking place in the world, Lord Shiva descends from Mount Kailash. What solution does he offer to these problems? That is the story of Love 3.O.
The media is what connects this world. Many major stars have emerged because of the media, and it is through the media that those stars have reached the public. I request you to extend similar support to us and help take our film to audiences.
I must share something about my personal journey. I must have attended nearly 1,000 auditions over seven years while searching for opportunities. At some auditions, I was told to undergo nose surgery and return after getting a photoshoot done. What would have happened if I had actually undergone that surgery?
I once followed up with people for two years just to get an opportunity to act in a short film. What if they had given me that opportunity earlier instead of making me wait for two years?
Even for a small dialogue in a content video, I would spend nearly four hours preparing. What if someone had given me an opportunity to create good-quality content? What if I had been offered a role in a television serial when I was desperately searching for opportunities? What if someone had given me a supporting role in a feature film when I approached them repeatedly?
If all those opportunities had come my way back then, I might not have become the story writer, lyricist, costume designer, art director, co-producer, heroine and director of Love 3.O today.
I have to thank those circumstances for everything. I would also like to thank the people who did not give me opportunities when I was desperately searching for them.
People often say that when something negative happens in our lives, or when something gets delayed repeatedly, it may be because something good is waiting for us.
We kept climbing several steps in search of opportunities. Today, I have become an actress and director. Looking back, I realise one important thing: if we want something in life, we must create it ourselves. Nobody else will come forward to help us. We must make our own efforts and fight for what we want.
Whatever you wish to achieve in life, you must fight for it yourself. Nobody else will fight on your behalf.
I consider standing on this stage today, after overcoming so many struggles, a victory in itself.
I am confident that audiences will support this film. Since I have personally worked on several aspects of the project, there may naturally be a few shortcomings. We will learn from them and improve as we move forward.

While delivering her speech, Arniga became emotional and was seen with tears in her eyes.
