Produced by Fatima Vijay Antony under Vijay Antony Film Corporation, presented by Meera Vijay Antony, starring Ajay Dishan, and directed by debutant director Ganesh Chandra, ‘Pookki’ is a romantic comedy genre film that will appeal to the youth. The film will be released in theaters worldwide on February 13, 2026, a Valentine’s Day celebration.
On the occasion of the film’s release, the film crew met with the press and media friends and shared information about the film.

Ganesh Chandra, who became famous for the hugely successful Vijay Antony-starrer Salim and worked as a cinematographer for many films including Jail, Kaari, and Miss Match in Telugu, has shot and directed the film.

Ajay Dishan, who received much praise for his performance in Morgan, plays the lead role in the film. Dhanusha is paired opposite him.
