Produced by IyakkI Productions, under the banner of Anamika Ravindranath and Abhishek Ravindranath, and directed by debutant filmmaker Sivanesan, the film “Rage” is being made as a revenge thriller set against the backdrop of a love drama in a different narrative space. The first look poster of the film was released today.
The core of the story revolves around an unexpected incident in the life of a young man who works as a rental car driver in Chennai, an incident that completely transforms his life. Director Sivanesan has crafted the film as an intense thriller, blending romance and revenge in a unique setting.
The first look features the hero Sean, injured with blood streaming down his face, staring with raw aggression. This striking visual has received a strong response from fans and cinema enthusiasts.
Newcomers Sean and Shirley Babithra play the lead roles. The antagonist roles are portrayed by Pavan Jino Thomas, Aryan, Pradosh, and Vikram Anand. Along with them, noted actors Saravanan, Munishkanth, Ramachandran, Manikandan, Ajith Ghosh, Gayathri Rema, Kicha Ravi, and Kala Bheemji appear in important supporting roles.
Made as a commercial thriller designed to entertain all sections of audiences, the film has been shot across Chennai, Kerala, and Pollachi.
With the shooting fully completed, the film is currently in its final post-production stage. Official announcements regarding the trailer, music launch, and theatrical release will be made soon.
