Fans were eagerly waiting for the release of the trailer of Vishwaroopam-2 which is slated to happen on Monday evening.
Ahead of it, the makers had made one more exciting announcement about the release of the flick. It has been officially announced that the much awaited film will hit the screens on 10 August.
Last year Kamal Haasan resumed work for this long pending project. A few scenes were shot at the OTA in Chennai recently after which the actor was in America for the sound and graphic works of the movie.
The actor also completed dubbing and post-production work. Sound and graphic works which were actually planned for 15 hours a day was increased to 20 hours.
Tamil version of the teaser are being launched by Shruti Haasan while the Hindi and Telugu version is by Aamir Khan and Junior NTR, respectively.
The movie is the sequel to Vishwaroopam which was released in 2013. Star cast of the movie includes Andrea Jeremiah, Pooja Kumar and Shekhar Kapoor.
Music for the film is by Ghibran.
