The trailer of producer C V Kumar’s debut directorial venture Maayavan was released today.
The 1.35 minutes trailer is intense and catches the attention of the audience immediately.
Touted to be a science-fiction thriller movie, Sundeep Kishan and Lavanya Tripathi play the lead roles.
The trailer reveals that Sundeep plays a cop who is deputed to solve a murder case.
The star cast of the movie also includes Jackie Shroff and Daniel Balaji in supporting roles.
The flick will also be released as Maayavi in Telugu and the director has said the film will be released in September.
The teaser was launched by actor Suriya. While Ghibran has rendered music for the flick, screenplay is handled by Nalan Kumarasamy.
