Actress Pooja Umashankar who made her debut in Kollywood with Ullam Ketkumae entered the wedding lock yesterday.
Pooja, a native of Srilanka had many films including Ajith’s Attakasam, Madhavan’s JJ and was also part of award winning director Bala’s Naan Kadavul.
The actor reportedly got engaged to businessman Deepak Shanmuganathan, a few years ago, however they split within a year.
Now Pooja has married businessman Prasan David Vithaggan in Colombo yesterday. Her marriage came as a surprise to her fans and the film fraternity.
