Sunil and Vaibhav are the sons of Perusu, a respected man in the village. One day, Perusu, who comes home after bathing in the river and watching TV, suddenly dies. However, there is a problem that his body cannot be shown to others. ‘Perusu’ is a humorous story about how the family, who cannot help but show the body and at the same time cannot hide the problem in it, overcomes the problem and performs the last rites.

Vaibhav, who has played the role of a drunkard, has handled his character perfectly, although he has handled his character with natural comedy, but at some places he has acted artificially.

Sunil, who is the eldest child of the house and takes care of many responsibilities, has acted in a way that does justice to the character.

Although Chandini, who plays Sunil’s wife, has done the job given to her flawlessly, Niharika, who plays Vaibhav’s wife, has acted artificially like a stage actress.

The scenes of Balasaravanan and Munishkanth together make you laugh. The scenes of Redding Kingsley and VTV Ganesh forcefully push the audience to laugh.

The film features many actors like Thanam, Deepa, Gajaraj, Swaminathan, and Karunakaran.

Although the music by composer Arun Raj is not flashy in the songs, it has conveyed the sense of humor to the audience through the background music.

Although the story takes place in the same house, cinematographer Sathya Thilagam keeps the scenes moving with liveliness through his different camera angles.

Although Balaji’s dialogues are reminiscent of Crazy Mohan, in some places he has imposed dialogues that do not make you laugh at all as comedy.

Written and directed by Ilango Ram, he has moved a face-scratching subject completely in a humorous way without any strain. Although the film travels in the direction of a little comedy, a little bit of bite, it is possible to laugh out loud at many places.
