We introduce culture and tradition into it. We keep imposing everything and creating problems. From such a place, Vanitha’s struggle is huge.
A man can marry even ten thousand wives. He can also talk about it proudly. When a woman from a society that considers this a pride, while doing this, is constantly criticized and made a laughing stock, it is happy to see her bravely facing all this and fighting. Whether I am a director or not, as a man, I want to support everything she does as a woman.
Here, women have to raise their voices for women. Especially the struggle she is waging in the film industry, especially the fact that she is sitting here as a director, is a matter of pride and joy.
Everyone has a story to tell. This world is a patriarchal society as a whole. I want women to come here to tell stories.
Currently, there is a publishing house called Her Stories. This publishing house is starting to tell the stories of a hundred women. Women should tell their stories as directors. I think that will be a new story. I want cinema and direction to be democratized. Cinema should not be limited to men, everyone should come forward to tell their stories. Currently, an elderly woman is dancing with her grandson/granddaughter on YouTube and uploading that video. When you look at this world of shorts, you can see women from every home expressing their talent. In that way, Vanitha has a story to tell this society. They also have a story to tell.
If you ask Shakila, she will have a story that no one in the world has ever told. She can tell that story. When we see Shakila associated with lust, she has compelling tearful stories to tell. Similarly, Vanitha also has a story to tell. That story is Mrs. and Mr.
They have acted in a film directed by me. Vanitha Vijayakumar is different from the one seen from the outside. Vanitha Vijayakumar is different when working with her. That woman is an ordinary, simple woman. At the same time, I see the arrogance she creates as a weapon to protect her. All women are like that.

Actress Fatima Babu said, “I have known actress Vanatha Vijayakumar since she was 18. We both used to work out in the same gym. She always keeps saying that other people’s lives should be good.
