Xavier Britto who has produced 3 films – Senthoorapandi, Deva and Rasikan, starring Thalapathy Vijay is joining hands for the fourth time under XB Film Creators in producing the 64th film of Thalapathy Vijay.
The film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, who has earlier directed films Managaram and Kaithi. Rockstar Anirudh is composing the music, collaborating with Thalapathy Vijay for the second time after Kaththi.
Sathyan Sooriyan and Philomin Raj have been signed as the Cinematographer & Editor respectively.
The film has a talented ensemble starring ‘Makkal Selvan’ Vijay Sethupathi, Malayalam actor Antony Varghese and Shanthnu Bhagyaraj.
Malavika Mohanan will be romancing Thalapathy Vijay for the first time.
The shooting of the film commenced with Pooja today. Thalapathy 64 is scheduled to have a Summer 2020 release.
