Producer G Dilli Babu about Raatchasan is a commercial film

“Raatchasan is a commercial film with realistic approach that will keep audiences guessing what’s next” – Producer G Dilli Babu
In such a contemporary situation, where many producers blindly bank their hopes and bets upon star-values and technicians to get their films exhibited, there are rare amongst the rarest, who believe strongly on ‘Content is King’ formulae and stride up for a successful journey. Producer G Dilli Babu of Axess Film Factory has proved to be a herculean champion of this domain. The positive talks have already been spreading out faster like forest fires about his upcoming production ‘Raatchasan’ scheduled for October 5 worldwide release.

“Axess Film Factory has always been ritually inclined towards its pursuit of strong contents and finalizing them before going for the artistes. Apparently, Raatchasan happened to fall on the same lines, where as a fervent reader of crime novels, I got so much fascinated with the narrative style of Ramkumar. From what he promised during the narration, he has offered a much more upgraded version with the final output,” starts off producer G. Dilli Babu, who claims saying, “Raatchasan is a commercial film with realistic approach that will keep audiences guessing what’s next. Having screened the first for close circles, the reception has found uniformity, where everyone loved the film.”

Furthermore, Producer Dilli Babu says, “Even before appreciating his wonderful script work of Raatchasan, I happened to bounce up with a question towards him, “How could you come up with such an intriguing thriller after making a comedy caper like Mundasupatti?” He instantly enlightened me saying that he came up with this script, but many advised him to get-go with a comedy film. I can assure everyone that Raatchasan will not be a stereotypical crime-thriller, but will offer an emotional jab as well. “

On bringing up heavy downpour of praises over his crew, he says, “I am literally running out of words to praise this team. Vishnu Vishal indulged in an excessive detailed research to get into his role. Out of own interest, he kept asking more details from his father to breathe more life into his character. When it comes to Amala Paul, she just went beyond our usual efforts to make sure this film stands out to be her magnum opus and am sure, it will be one of her best and brilliant performances till the date. Be it Kaali Venkat, Munishkanth or Suzane George, they have imparted an incredible effort to make this film work out well. Ghibran musical score has served as a strong pillar, where his excellent knowledge of sound and proficiency to mix it with music has added more life to the film.”
