Raju Murugan who rose to fame with his debut movie Cuckoo impressed all sections of the audience with his second venture Joker.
The political satire movie also fetched National award for the best Tamil film.
After a brief break, it was announced that Jiiva will playing the lead role in the director’s third venture. The movie has been titled as Gypsy.
Just as the name suggests, the movie will be shot across the country and is said to be a commercial entertainer with a social message.
The team was on the hunt to find a suitable lead and sources now say that Natasha Singh will be pairing up with Jiiva in the movie.
Natasha is Miss Himachal Pradesh winner and a well known face in the modelling world. She will be making her Kollywood debut with Gypsy. The flick will be bankrolled by Olympia Movies. The remaining technical cast and crew is expected to be announced soon.
