The audio launch of Rajinikanth’s upcoming flick 2.0 took place at a grand function in Dubai. Post the audio launch, expectations skyrocketed for the movie.
Amid all the questions that the audience were asking about the movie, the most prominent one was if Aishwarya Raai has been retained in the sequence as well.
Now sources have confirmed that the former Miss World has been retained for 2.0 and also plays the character that connects Enthiran with 2.0.
Directed by Shankar, the movie has Amy Jackson playing the female lead while Akshay Kumar plays the antagonist.
Music for the flick is by A R Rahman and the movie is bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
The film is made in 3D and is sequel to the 2010 hit flick Enthiran.
