STR’s last outing AAA did not turn out to be well for the actor. The movie failed to fare well in the box office and further the producer of the film Michael Rayappan also made several allegations against the actor.
However, the actor was later signed to play an important role in Chekka Chivandha Vaanam directed by Mani Ratnam.
The movie has a ensemble of cast including Arvind Swamy, Arun Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi.
Now the latest update is that the actor might be playing the lead role in a movie directed by Rathinam Siva of Rekka fame.
Sources said that talks for the project have ended on a positive sign and the official confirmation regarding this is expected to happen soon.
