Sangu Chakkaram is a fun ride for children

Sangu Chakkaram movie is a fun ride for childrenSanguchakkaram which is touted to be a fantasy horror film is all set to be released on 29 December.

The makers of the movie have said that lately there are very few films that attract the kids. The last children horror film was My Dear Kutti Chaathan and Sangu Chakkaram can be closely associated to the film.

Dhilip Subburayan, Geetha, Jeremy and many child artistes play important roles in the movie.

There are high expectations for the film as it is bankrolled by the producers of ‘Idharku Thaaney Aasai Pattai Balakumara’ and ‘Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kaanom’ Leo Vision in association with Cinemawala Pictures and Diya Movies.

Music for the flick is by Shabeer. Directed by Maareesan, the movie is about the difficulties faced by a group of children and how they overcome it.

The makers appreciated the efforts of Geetha who plays the ghost in the movie and had to spend close to 20 days of the shooting hanging in a rope.

It is said that make-up for the character alone took four hours everyday. For his character in the movie Dhilip Subbarayan has grown his hair for one year.

The makers said that the movie revolves around sentiment, humour, horror and suspense which is why it has been named as Sangu Chakkaram.

The director’s actual name is Ranjith, but after the demise of this father he rechristened himself as Maareesan and then directed this flick.
