Actor Jai was recently arrested by the police in a drunk and drive case.
The actor was however later given bail. When the case came to hearing yesterday and today, he failed to appear at the court.
Following this the Saidapet court has issued an arrest warrant against the actor and has directed the police to bring him in two days time.
On 21 September Jai rammed his car into the Adyar bridge during the wee hours.
Sources revealed that the actor was found in an inebriated state when the cops reached the spot.
