It was recently announced that Vijay Sethupathi has opted out of his extended cameo role in Vettrimaran’s Vada Chennai due to call sheet issues.
Now, sources reveal that the versatile actor has been replaced by director Ameer.
Vada Chennai is a gangster trilogy produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films which has Samuthirakani, Kishore, Andrea Jeremiah and Aishwarya Rajesh in important roles.
While Velraj is the cinematographer, music for the flick is by Santhosh Narayanan.
Dhanush is currently shooting for his Hollywood film and he is expected to resume shooting of Vada Chennai from July.
