Following a case filed by producer and writer K Rajasekar, a Civil Court in Chennai has issued notice to Rajinikanth, director Pa Ranjith and Dhanush.
The writer has filed a case against the makers of Kaala stating that the storyline and title have been stolen from him.
The Judge has asked the Kaala team to respond within the next hearing and postponed the next hearing to June 15.
