After a brief break of two years from the Tamil film industry, Sarathkumar will be making his comeback with a debutant director.
The actor has signed to play the role of a cop in the film titled Rendavathu Aatam.
The flick is directed by Prithvi Adithya who has worked as assistant director in Karthi-Nagarjuna starrer Thozha.
Sources said that the film will be a crime thriller and will revolve around the incidents during the second show in a theatre.
Shooting for the flick is expected to begin the June. The movie is bankrolled by Big Print Pictures.
