While rumours were rife that National award winning Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is likely to play the female lead in Superstar Rajinikanth’s next after 2.0, now the actress has almost confirmed the same.
In a recent press conference when the Kahani actress was asked about her acting in Rajini-Ranjith film, she just said “We will know in a while.”
This has hinted that talks are going on and official announcement will be made once the negotiations are finalised.
The flick will be directed by Pa Ranjith and produced by Dhanush under his Wunderbar Films banner.
While Rajini is currently busy with the last leg of shooting for Shankar’s mega budget 2.0, Ranjith has almost completed the pre-production work for his second film with the Superstar after the blockbuster Kabali.
