Mo Movie Review

Mo is probably the last horror genre movie of the year and it surely is not the least.

Debutant director Bhuvan Nullan has tried to be different from the cliched horror movie stories and has given a touch of comedy to the flick.

Aishwarya Rajesh, a junior artiste, is hired by a team of a small time conmen Suresh Ravi, Ramesh Tilak and Dharbuka Shiva to swindle money from people using the fear of paranormal activities.

However this act of theirs get them in to trouble when Selvah finds about it. He plans to use this team to drive away Mime Gopi, a leading real estate investor in Puducherry.

Though the flick reminds you of Mass and Kaashmora, the young director has kept the audience engaged with his oneliners.

Ramesh Thilak, Dharbhuka Siva and Munishkanth trio should be credited for their timing while Yogi Babu steals the show single handedly.

Aishwarya has once again chosen a script which can display her acting skills and Suresh Ravi’s character is tailor made.

Music by Santhosh Dhayanidhi elevates the mood of the movie and cinematogrpahy by Vishnu Sri has to be appreciated.

However, the ghost drama could have been cut short a bit and the climax could have been better.

Mo is a weekend entertainer which can watched for the fun elements.
